Objective: Sell off-market real estate contracts to a network of cash buyers quickly and profitably. Key Responsibilities: • Build the Buyer List: Continuously network, vet, and add active cash buyers and investors to the company CRM. • Market Properties: Pitch wholesale, assignment, and novation deals to the buyer list via email, SMS, and direct calls. • Negotiate Deals: Secure the highest possible assignment fees while moving contracts efficiently. • Close Transactions: Draft and execute Assignment of Contract agreements. • Coordinate: Act as the liaison between the buyer, the acquisition team, and the title company to ensure a smooth closing process. Qualifications: • Proven track record in B2B sales, real estate wholesaling, or dispositions. • Aggressive negotiator with strong closing skills. • Deep understanding of real estate contracts, assignments, and market values. • Highly organized and proficient with CRM software. • Self-starter able to hit monthly revenue targets. Qualifications: • Experience in real estate, inside sales, or dispositions. • Strong phone communication and negotiation skills. • Understanding of real estate contracts, specifically novations and assignments. • Ability to network and vet investor-friendly real estate agents. • Highly organized with experience coordinating remote property tasks (like photography). • Fast-paced problem solver capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously. Compensation: $50,000 - $120,000
