Real Estate Traditional & REO Listing/Buying Salesperson We’re looking for licensed partners in different parts of the country to work with our team to work with both traditional and Distressed/REO properties - both listing and selling. Please note that this is not a salaried position, although there are 3 income streams. Responsibilities: You will work closely with the BWB Team as a Sales and Listing Partner for both traditional and if accepted, Distressed/REO properties that are generated as part of our organization. You will be required to join the BWB team. Any buyer leads generated from properties go to you.As an integral part of the BWB Team, you will go through training, coaching and and duties including all necessary listing procedures and fiduciary responsibilities as mandated by the state and federal government along with the following as needed: Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Superb customer service and communication skills • Understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance with our brokerage • Ability to work on a team, and be coachable • Training and Coaching will be offered, attendance is highly encouraged to better your skills as a real estate professional Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 at commission plan
