    Real Estate Events Agent Who you work with matters. We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who enjoys bringing people together and wants to grow a real estate business through events, outbound calls, relationship building, and consistent follow-up while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity combines community-focused events with direct outreach to create conversations and develop future buyer, seller, investor, and referral opportunities. You will communicate with an existing database to invite contacts to a variety of local events throughout the year. Events may include real estate investor gatherings, dog owner events, golf events, holiday events, community activities, and other opportunities designed to build relationships and stay connected with prospective clients. In addition to events, you will make outbound calls, follow up with attendees, identify potential real estate needs, and maintain relationships after each event. Coaching and training will help you strengthen your communication, prospecting, appointment setting, follow-up, and client conversion skills. An active real estate license is required to work with clients, perform licensed real estate activities, and earn commissions. Responsibilities: • Keep the customer database updated to ensure information on prospective and past clients is current • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved • Communicate with an existing database to invite contacts to upcoming events • Make outbound calls and maintain consistent follow-up • Assist with investor events and real estate networking opportunities • Participate in dog owner, golf, holiday, and community events • Build relationships with event attendees and database contacts • Identify potential buyer, seller, investor, and referral opportunities • Schedule appointments and maintain ongoing client communication • Help coordinate event outreach and attendee communication Qualifications: • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Strong time management skills, communication skills, both written and verbal, and interpersonal skills • High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Active real estate license• Previous experience planning, coordinating, or participating in events• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with new people• Previous calling, prospecting, or customer communication experience• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Organized with the ability to consistently follow up with contacts• Interest in building a long-term real estate business through events and personal relationships Compensation: $155,000 at plan
