We are hiring a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join our growing real estate team full-time. This is a hybrid position, primarily remote with regular in-person collaboration across Chicagoland. You’ll serve as the right hand to a fast-paced, high-performing agent — managing operations, building systems, coordinating projects, and ensuring that clients receive exceptional service at every step. This is a W2 position with a competitive base salary of $60,000–$75,000 (based on experience) and performance-based incentives. Responsibilities: • Manage daily operations, including Amy’s calendar, scheduling, and task lists (with structured communication systems for sensitive items). • Build and document systems to streamline operations (SOPs, checklists, templates). • Maintain and optimize the CRM for database organization and client communication. • Coordinate marketing projects, social media scheduling, and client appreciation events. • Support listing and transaction management from pre-listing prep to close. • Track key business metrics and create weekly reports to drive accountability. • Serve as a trusted operations partner who creates clarity, structure, and follow-through. Qualifications: • Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills; detail-oriented with excellent follow-through. • High responsiveness and urgency; able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Tech-savvy; proficient in Google Suite and familiar with CRMs, Canva, DocuSign, MailChimp; able to learn new platforms quickly, including using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini) to increase productivity. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; polished and professional client presence. • Self-starter with initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems independently. • Ability to teach and train current and future team members on systems and processes. • Bilingual or multilingual is a strong plus (any language). Integrity-driven and discreet with confidential information. • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required. Compensation: $60,000 – $75,000 yearly
