The ideal applicant has a knack for planning, organizing, and managing emails and other forms of communications, internal processes, files, and other documents, and client and team events. Prefer someone with executive assistant experience and/or real estate experience. The growth potential exists for someone looking to launch a real estate career while learning from the best, or for someone with administrative talent who loves being in the background, making sure things happen smoothly. Bring your organizational skills, can-do attitude, and a desire to serve and collaborate! Responsibilities: The Operations Manager is responsible for various routine operations and one-time projects. • Event Planning, Budgeting, and Management • Real Estate Transaction Assistance • Property Asset Management Assistance • Communications on behalf of a Top-producing Agent • File Organization and Management • Process Design and Documentation, including Checklists • Onboarding New Team Members • Evaluating and Integrating New Technology and Tools into Team Operations Qualifications: Desired Skills and Experiences: • Database Management • Email Inbox Management • Spreadsheet Mastery • Time Management • Event Management • Clear Communication • Vendor Management • Budgets and Schedules • Real Estate License, preferred but not necessary Compensation: $50,000 - $70,000 yearly
