This is not a traditional assistant role. We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and solutions-oriented professional who can help bring structure, consistency, and operational calm to a fast-moving real estate business. The right person will become a key partner in helping the business grow, operate efficiently, and deliver a seamless experience for clients from contract to closing and beyond. About the Role: The Executive Assistant will serve as the operational backbone of the business. This person will oversee day-to-day workflow management, client communication, administrative operations, transaction coordination oversight, database management, and executive support functions. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly detail-oriented, emotionally mature, technologically savvy, and capable of managing multiple moving pieces without constant direction. This is a hands-on, in-person role within a fast-paced and growing environment where initiative, professionalism, and follow-through are essential. The compensation for this role does not include a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities: • Transaction & Listing Coordination - coordinating all aspects of workflow from appointment to listing and under contract to closing • Database & Marketing Support - maintaining database, follow-up and touch campaigns, and consistency in social media content & posts • Client Experience & Communication - ensuring proactive communication and an exceptional client experience • Systems & Reporting - tracking all business metrics, documenting/operationalizing all systems and workflows Qualifications: • Experience in the real estate industry preferred • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • High school diploma or equivalent required • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • Ideal candidate would have Canva and social media posting experience Compensation: $40,000 - $48,000 yearly
