This role is the operational backbone of my business, supporting the client experience, elevating marketing, and keeping all moving parts running seamlessly. Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations — calendar management, appointment coordination, inbox organization, reminders, and keeping everything running ahead of schedule. • Assist with listing preparation — scheduling and meeting vendors, coordinating trades, tracking progress, prepping staging notes, and ensuring homes are photo-ready. • Manage listing launches — MLS input, showing instructions, scheduling photos and video, signage coordination, and preparing all marketing assets for a seamless go-live. • Support Instagram, Facebook, and email marketing — assisting with scheduling, posting, engaging, and maintaining an on-brand presence. • Maintain warm, high-touch client communication — updates, check-ins, follow-through, and ensuring every client feels supported throughout the process. • Track active deals and deadlines — inspections, amendments, title and lender communication, and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks. • Coordinate pop-bys, gift deliveries, closing gifts, and thoughtful touches that elevate the client experience. • Prepare documents, disclosures, offer packets, and transaction-related paperwork with accuracy and professionalism. • Anticipate needs, identify gaps, and bring solutions that help the business run smoother and smarter. Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required. • Experience as a licensed assistant or within a fast-paced real estate environment is preferred. • Strong communication and customer service skills — you’re clear, professional, warm, and people-focused.Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse client bases effectively. • Experience with social media, marketing tools, and basic editing is a plus. • Excellent organization and time-management skills — you can juggle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy. • Comfort with technology — CRM platforms, email marketing tools, MLS input, and file organization. • A proactive mindset — someone who sees what needs to be done and runs with it. Compensation: $45,000 - $65,000 yearly
