Responsibilities: Client Coordination & Operational Support • Responding to time-sensitive emails and managing daily calendars • Attending inspections and coordinating vendors • Sending welcome packages, thank-you gifts, and referral acknowledgments • Providing utility and title details to buyers and sellers • Managing CRM data, client reviews, and internal dashboardsListing & Marketing Oversight • Inputting listings in MLS, Broker Bay, and internal systems • Scheduling photography, prepping listing timelines, and ordering marketing materials • Assembling listing packets, comp sheets, and property data • Overseeing listing prep management and ensuring details are flawlessTransaction & File Management • Managing contract-to-close files in Dotloop or equivalent • Coordinating all communications with agents, clients, and title • Keeping files organized, up to date, and compliant • Managing signage, keys, lockboxes, and post-closing materials Qualifications: Who You Are • Licensed in Missouri and/or Kansas, and experienced with the rhythm of real estate transactions • Organized to your core, but flexible when needed — you adapt quickly and always stay two steps ahead • Tech-savvy, with comfort across MLS systems, CRM tools, transaction platforms, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms • Relationship-oriented, with a calm, confident presence that makes clients feel safe and supported • Detail-obsessed, with the ability to juggle a hundred small things while keeping the big picture in focus • Unflappable, even when things get hectic — you’re a pro, and it shows Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
