Responsibilities: • Draft, send, track, and manage all paperwork in an e-signature platform, Dotloop — contracts, amendments, disclosures, the whole file • Send weekly seller reports: showing activity, buyer feedback, online listing metrics, and price-adjustment recommendations • Manage signage and lockbox install and removal on listings • Schedule and coordinate photography and media • Schedule closings, order gifts, and confirm every appointment on the calendar • Run the post-close review-request sequence — three touches in the first week after closing • Support inspection negotiations and price reductions (will need to be licensed here, and we can provide training) • Build and monitor client group texts; monitor inboxes and flag what actually needs a response • Track contingency dates and deadline reminders so nothing lapses • Monitor and approve the company's processing fees • Own the full list-to-contract and contract-to-close checklists • Manage my calendar and keep the reporting cadence tight across the operation • Help with personal books, schedule traveling, misc. errands, etc. Qualifications: • Excellent communication skills and organizational skills • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • Prior experience in real estate is a bonus Compensation: $70,000
