We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy Executive Assistant to join our team full-time in Elk Grove, CA. This role is the operational heartbeat of the business—responsible for managing marketing, client communication, and system operations. You’ll work closely with Connie to ensure seamless processes, consistent branding, and an exceptional client experience. This is a full-time, in-office position offering $22-$32/hour based on experience, plus potential for performance bonuses. Responsibilities: • Manage and maintain daily operations, including email, scheduling, and task tracking • Oversee digital marketing (social media, newsletters, YouTube) and ensure consistent branding • Manage the database; implement and manage client care systems (36-touch and 8x8) • Provide high-level client communication, ensuring a five-star experience before, during, and after every transaction • Track performance metrics and business KPIs, delivering weekly summaries to the team leader • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and virtual assistants to ensure projects are completed on time • Support event planning, community outreach, and client appreciation initiatives Qualifications: • Strong organizational and project management skills with high attention to detail, proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Social Media platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication; confident and professional with clients • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with urgency • Creative thinker with a marketing mindset and ability to execute brand strategies • Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability • Values-driven professional who operates with integrity, empathy, and excellence Compensation: $22 - $32 hourly
