Join the #1 Keller Williams Team in the DC/MD Region, G&P Properties—a mission-driven real estate team that blends high performance with high impact. We’re seeking a bold, strategic, and growth-oriented Executive Assistant to become the operational backbone of our business. This is a unique opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is looking to grow into a Director of Operations role. You’ll take full ownership of systems, streamline operations, and help the team scale to new heights—all while making a difference in the lives of clients and communities globally. Compensation includes a competitive base salary ($60,000–$70,000), bonuses tied to business milestones, a healthcare stipend, paid sick leave, two weeks of vacation after six months, and 10 paid holidays annually. In addition, you'll have the opportunity to earn over six figures through our referral program. Responsibilities: • Own and optimize all operational systems: database management, listing processes, and marketing coordination. • Oversee listing communications and client updates, ensuring seamless seller experiences from listing to close. • Build and maintain a 36-touch communication plan, manage newsletters, and ensure all marketing is consistent and lead-focused. • Run and improve weekly team meetings and, eventually, sales huddles. • Act as the team’s operational “glue”—coordinating across VAs, agents, and vendors to ensure smooth handoffs and project execution. • Manage event logistics for client appreciation events, open houses, and seminars, handling everything from scheduling to setup. • Serve as a direct point of contact and thought partner to the team leader, helping drive the business forward daily. Qualifications: • 3–5 years of professional experience in operations, executive assistance, or real estate administration. • Familiarity with real estate tools: CRM systems, MLS, DocuSign, Canva, Mailchimp, Google Workspace, and CTE preferred. • High assertiveness, urgency, adaptability, and emotional intelligence—you're proactive and own your role without being micromanaged. • Stellar organizational and communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal. • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Passion for real estate, service, and building long-term relationships with clients and team members. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
