In this dynamic role, you will follow Standards of Operations to manage listings and sales processes ensuring top-quality service at every step. You will manage all aspects of operations and track and measure Key Performance Indicators. Responsibilities: • As an executive assistant, you will be required to work side-by-side the Broker/CEO and be readily available to assist whenever needed. • Handle calls and client queries providing exceptional customer service ensuring a positive experience for all clients. • Maintain and expand data relationship management systems (CRMs). • Track, measure, and report on everything from sales metrics to the company's bottom line. • Manage transactions during pre-listings, listings, escrows, and after-close using company technology tools. • Be an ambassador of the company. • Assist in marketing campaigns to ensure marketing consistency. • Manage office operations, including ordering supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring a professional environment. • Manage company events to foster community connections and enhance the team's presence in the area. • Solve problems and manage multiple tasks. • Be the expert on relevant technology, able to teach and assist agents and other staff members. Qualifications: • Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field is a requirement. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Highly organized and efficient with your time. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service. • Loves technology and can figure stuff out. • Inspired to grow both personally and professionally, with a passion for achieving results. • Comfortable coordinating events and building relationships within the community. Compensation: $65,000
