Responsibilities: Real Estate Duties • Manage client communications, scheduling, and follow-up. • Coordinate showings, inspections, closings, and vendor appointments. • Prepare contracts, disclosures, and listing documents. • Maintain and update CRM/database with leads, contacts, and transactions. • Create property listings, coordinate photography, and manage MLS input. • Provide high-level administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Property Management Duties (10–15 rental units) • Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and owners. • Oversee leasing process: applications, screenings, lease agreements, renewals. • Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor services. • Conduct property inspections and ensure compliance with leases. • Track rent collections, late payments, and prepare basic financial reports. • Assist with marketing vacant units and reducing turnover times. AI & Innovation Integration • Research, test, and implement AI tools to streamline workflows. • Develop and maintain AI-driven systems for client communication, lead generation, and marketing. • Recommend and document best practices for AI adoption in the business. Social Media & Marketing • Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) with a focus on consistent, engaging content. • Create and schedule posts for property listings, client stories, and educational real estate content. • Monitor engagement, respond to inquiries, and grow brand presence online. • Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and longer video tours or testimonials to increase visibility and engagement. Qualifications: • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a professional yet approachable demeanor. • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new platforms; experience with CRMs, scheduling tools, and AI applications a plus. • Creative eye for marketing and social media content (photo, video, copywriting, editing). • Problem-solver with a proactive mindset who can anticipate needs and take initiative. • Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one preferred (not required). • Previous real estate or property management experience preferred. • Willingness to learn new tools and platforms. • Familiarity with social media content creation and analytics. Compensation: $52,500 - $57,500 yearly
