Responsibilities: • Oversee transaction coordination from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines, paperwork, and compliance requirements are met. • Manage listing preparation, including scheduling photography, preparing marketing materials, and inputting listings into the MLS. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, title companies, and vendors, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout each transaction. • Keep databases, CRM systems, and client records organized and up to date. • Provide high-level administrative support, including calendar management, email coordination, and document preparation. • Assist with marketing efforts such as preparing listing presentations and coordinating social media content. Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience as a Real Estate Assistant, Transaction Coordinator, or in a similar administrative support role. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Familiarity with MLS platforms and transaction systems like Dotloop or Skyslope. • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and CRM tools. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, stay calm under pressure, and meet deadlines. • A proactive, positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative. • Real estate license is a plus but not required.
