We are now seeking an Executive Assistant to help support and scale the business. The ideal team member is someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values accountability, and is passionate about creating operational excellence behind the scenes. Location: In/around Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid) Start Date: Summer 2025 What You’ll Get: • Insurance Stipend • Opportunities for Professional Development Responsibilities: • Manage and improve operational systems: lead gen, listings, transaction coordination, and team workflows • Build and maintain Monday.com dashboards, checklists, and automations • Oversee team projects, weekly priorities, and KPI tracking • Document SOPs and create a structure around day-to-day processes • Assist with financial reporting, vendor coordination, and event logistics • Ensure quality control across marketing, database management, and client communications Qualifications: • 2–3 years of experience in operations, team coordination, or business administration (real estate experience is a plus) • Strong organizational skills and a systems-minded approach to workflow and task management • Tech-savvy: familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Monday.com, Canva, and CRMs • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, and able to hold others accountable professionally • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small-team environment Compensation: $55,000 - $70,000 yearly

    • Manage and improve operational systems: lead gen, listings, transaction coordination, and team workflows • Build and maintain Monday.com dashboards, checklists, and automations • Oversee team projects, weekly priorities, and KPI tracking • Document SOPs and create a structure around day-to-day processes • Assist with financial reporting, vendor coordination, and event logistics • Ensure quality control across marketing, database management, and client communications • Act as a trusted right-hand to the team leader, keeping things on track and moving forward
