Seeking a highly organized, proactive, and polished Operations & Experience Manager to oversee daily operational flow, client experience systems, marketing coordination, and team accountability for a top-producing real estate agent in Colorado Springs. This is a hands-on execution role. You will not just manage systems. You will ensure details are completed with excellence. You will work directly with the agent/owner, serving as the operational backbone behind the business and protecting the high-touch client experience the brand is known for. You are basically the owner's right-hand person, ensuring vision and projects are mapped out and executed well. Responsibilities: What This Role Involves • Overseeing client gifting, follow-up systems, and communication touchpoints • Reviewing transaction action plans daily and ensuring accountability across team members, including tracking metrics and quarterly goal progress, to help ensure team goals are met • Coordinating marketing timelines and assisting with the publication of content across social media, website, and other marketing avenues • Coordinate client events and logistics • Maintaining accuracy in Trello, MLS, Command, and other internal systems • Strong ability to prioritize tasks and projects, and have a clear direction each day of deliverables • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high expectations This role includes both oversight and hands-on coordination.
