Real Estate Executive Assistant - Office Coordinator
Erin Hungerford & Co is a top-producing real estate team within Long & Foster, known for exceptional client experience, strong systems, and high-level execution. We are seeking a Real Estate Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator to serve as the operational right hand to the Team Leader and support Team Members. This role is responsible for running the day-to-day engine of the business—from listing launch through closing—while keeping clients, agents, and vendors informed and on track. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable owning responsibilities with minimal supervision.
