Responsibilities: • Own and manage schedules, meetings, travel, and communication with precision and grace • Handle daily operations, including CRM updates, listing systems (KW Command, AuthentiSign, RMLS, Transact), and marketing design via Canva • Oversee social media posting and advertising with creativity and consistency • Prepare for meetings, take actionable minutes, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks • Filter, prioritize, and respond to calls, texts, emails, and voicemails with clarity and care • Occasionally assist with personal errands and local tasks that support business flow • Ensure listings get the attention and exposure they deserve — you make them shine • Create calm from chaos and systematize everything possible Qualifications: • Master of time, tasks, and priorities — you see the matrix in the details • Exceptional communicator with emotional intelligence and professionalism • Fast on your feet and even faster on Google Workspace, Canva, and CRM systems • You enjoy creative problem-solving, organizing the unorganized, and bringing sparkle to systems • Previous real estate experience is a big plus • You can handle confidential info, multiple deadlines, and last-minute shifts without breaking a sweat • You're not just looking for a job here - you're looking for a home base to grow from Compensation: $48,000 - $60,000 yearly
