What sets us apart: • Confidential hiring process • Competitive compensation • Paid vacation • Monday–Friday schedule, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. (with occasional evening or weekend hours as needed) Responsibilities: • CRM Management: Maintain and regularly update client databases to ensure accurate records and timely, effective communication. • Transaction Coordination: Oversee all aspects of listing and purchase transactions, managing workflows and timelines from initiation to closing. • Client Communication: Act as a primary point of contact, delivering consistent, professional communication throughout the buying and selling process. • Buyer Tour Coordination: Plan and schedule property showings aligned with client preferences and availability. • Email & Calendar Management: Manage inboxes, coordinate schedules, and organize appointments to keep team members on track. • Marketing Preparation: Support the development and coordination of listing materials, brochures, and promotional assets. • Social Media & Website Management: Manage content creation, publishing, and audience engagement across digital platforms to strengthen brand visibility. • Event Planning: Coordinate client appreciation events, open houses, and team functions from initial concept through execution. Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000+ yearly PLUS Bonus DOE
