Responsibilities: A Day In The Life • Transaction management from contract to close. You coordinate escrow, manage timelines, communicate with vendors, handle repair requests, and keep clients informed at every step. Deals run clean because you make them run clean. • CRM ownership. Every lead, every past client, and every referral source is heard from, followed up with, and never forgotten. Nothing goes dormant on your watch. • Listing management. From contract through going live, you coordinate vendors, staging, photography, MLS entry, and showing schedules. • Robert's calendar and priorities. You filter what needs his attention, bring it to him prepared, and protect the rest of his day so he can stay focused on relationships and growth. • Team support. You are the connective tissue for a small, close-knit team. Daily communication, shared systems, and making sure every person has what they need. • SOPs. You spot the gaps, document the fix, and own the improvement. • Client events. You help coordinate client appreciation activities that keep this referral-based business thriving. Occasional evenings and weekends required. Qualifications: • • Experience in residential real estate transaction management, ensuring seamless processes from contract to close. • Proven track record of CRM management, maintaining active engagement with leads, clients, and referral sources. • Ability to manage listing processes, coordinating vendors, staging, and photography with precision. • Strong organizational skills to manage executive calendars, prioritize tasks, and protect leadership time. • Excellent communication skills to support a close-knit team and ensure everyone has what they need. • Experience in documenting and improving Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for operational efficiency. • Ability to coordinate client appreciation events, occasionally during evenings and weekends, to foster strong client relationships. Compensation: $75,000 - $90,000 yearly
