Real Estate Executive Assistant

The Synergy Home Team, led by top-producing real estate agent Dustin Renner, is hiring an Operations Manager / Executive Assistant in the Mat-Su Valley, Alaska area. This is a dynamic leadership role at the heart of one of Alaska’s most respected and fast-growing real estate teams. You won’t just support a business—you’ll help scale a legacy. Your role will be to protect time, manage complexity, and ensure execution so that Dustin and the team can focus on vision, growth, and serving clients at the highest level. This role includes performance bonuses based on key metrics, Wealth-Building Opportunities through business growth and real estate exposure, flexible scheduling with some in-person availability required, and a growth pathway to Director of Operations or COO-level role If you're looking for just a job, this isn’t it. Responsibilities: Team & Operations Leadership • Oversee daily business operations and team systems • Develop SOPs, manage timelines, and improve efficiencies • Solve problems before they reach the team leader Administrative & Executive Support • Manage Dustin’s schedule, priorities, and communications • Handle travel, appointments, and calendar optimization • Coordinate with virtual assistants, vendors, and partners People & Culture • Help recruit, onboard, and retain top talent • Coordinate team events, client care, and community outreach • Foster a culture of accountability, growth, and fun Financial Oversight • Track budgets, business expenses, accounts payable/receivable • Manage profit and loss statements and financial reporting Marketing & Communication • Oversee team communication systems, email campaigns, and social media scheduling Qualifications: • Prior experience as an EA, DOO, Operations Lead , or similar high-level administrative role preferred • Tech-savvy and detail-obsessed: Excel/Sheets, Google Workspace, CRMs, task/project management tools • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills • Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative with minimal direction • Emotionally intelligent and coachable with a growth mindset • Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Mat-Su Valley • Willing to obtain an Alaska Real Estate License (we’ll guide you through it!) Compensation: $54,000 - $72,000 yearly
