    About Our Team: We’re a boutique real estate team based in Woodinville, WA, known for high production, outstanding service, and strong local market knowledge. Our team is expanding and needs a proactive, licensed Virtual Assistant to support our agents and team leader in communication, scheduling, transactions, CRM, and marketing. What You'll Do: • Respond to emails and client inquiries on behalf of the team leader • Coordinate team calendars, showings, inspections, and appointments • Manage and update listings in NWMLS • Oversee contract timelines and ensure transaction compliance • Maintain and manage our Follow Up Boss CRM • Execute marketing tasks (e.g., social scheduling, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.) • Follow up with leads, past clients, and vendors • Support team operations and contribute to an efficient, service-driven business Requirements:Active Washington State Real Estate License (Required) • 1+ year of experience in real estate or as a licensed assistant • Strong communication and organizational skills • Experience with NWMLS, Follow Up Boss, and digital marketing tools • Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and self-motivated • Comfortable working independently with a remote setup Nice-to-Have: • Familiarity with Woodinville and the greater Seattle/Eastside market • Experience supporting a boutique or high-volume real estate team • Social media and content creation knowledge Compensation: • Competitive hourly or retainer-based pay (DOE) • Performance-based bonuses • Flexible work schedule • Long-term growth potential Apply today with your resume, a brief cover letter, and your WA real estate license info. Responsibilities: • Function as the main point contact for the principal broker • Manage the client database to keep information orderly and confidential • Oversee the broker’s schedules, team meetings, and travel arrangements • Convey messages to broker that were received through phone calls, emails, memos, or reports Qualifications: • Must have a valid Real Estate License • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • High school diploma required • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Multiple Listing Service • 2-3 years experience providing administrative support in a personal assistant role, or similar • Strong interpersonal skills and time management skills Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
