Hours of Work: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm 3 Paid Holidays PTO Responsibilities: What You’ll Do This role is the backbone of our operation—supporting the executive, team members, and clients while ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. Executive & Team Support • Act as the primary point of contact for the principal broker • Keep Jim consistently updated on all transactions and key developments • Support agents with preparation for presentations, appointments, and client communications • Provide leadership and guidance to support team operations and workflow **Transaction & Listing Management - Team Support ** • Assist in preparing and launching new listings from start to finish • Document and contract support • Maintain oversight of all transactions to ensure deadlines and details are met • Manage client database (CRM) with accuracy and confidentiality Marketing & Social Media • Lead all social media efforts, including content creation, posting, and growth strategies • Oversee marketing initiatives and stay current on trends • Assist with basic website updates and design • Help coordinate branding and listing promotions Client Experience & Events • Deliver exceptional customer service through strong email and phone communication • Coordinate and assist with client appreciation events and team functions • Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all clients Operations & Administration • Maintain highly organized digital and paper filing systems • Take detailed notes and communicate messages clearly and efficiently • Follow up on leads and assist with client communication pipelines • Handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding and offboarding team members Qualifications: What We’re Looking For • 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Manager, or similar role • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) • Ability to multitask at a high level without sacrificing accuracy • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive • Experience with CRM systems and database management • Experience with Google Drive • Experience with Word and Excel • Real estate experience preferred, but not required Compensation: $24 to $28 hourly
