Somewhere out there, there's a person who goes home at the end of the day and replays the to-do list in their head — not because they have to, but because they actually care. They notice the thing that almost slipped through. They thought three steps ahead before anyone asked them to. They take quiet pride in being the reason everything ran smoothly, even if no one else knows it. They also walk into a room and make it better. Not by being the loudest person there — just by being themselves. Their energy is steady, warm, and real. The kind that makes the people around them want to show up a little stronger, too. They're career-minded. They want to grow. And they've been waiting for a role that actually deserves what they bring. If this sounds like you — and you’ve been looking for a role where your judgment carries weight, your follow-through sets the pace, and your contribution isn’t just appreciated but genuinely valued — keep reading. Laurie Allen isn’t just hiring an executive assistant. She’s looking for her person — a true strategic partner who is as invested in this business as she is, and who brings that same drive for growth to everything they do. Please note that candidates who reach out to us directly may be removed from consideration. We genuinely appreciate your enthusiasm, but please do not call or email. Please apply directly. If you seem like a good fit for the job, you’ll hear from our recruiters about the next steps! Responsibilities: Laurie leads with clarity and warmth. She doesn't micromanage — she trusts. She notices when you go the extra mile, and she'll say so. She brings humor to the hard days and high standards to every day. Behind every transaction is a real person — someone buying their first home, selling the house they raised their kids in, navigating one of the biggest financial decisions of their life. Laurie has never lost sight of that. Neither do you! This isn't a role where you clock in, complete tasks, and clock out. It's a role where your instincts, your ideas, and your energy actually move the business forward. What You'll OwnExecutive & Strategic Support — Calendar, email, priorities, and daily operations. You protect her time, keep things running, and you're the steady, organized presence she thinks out loud with. • Transaction & Listing Management — From pre-listing to closing, you own the details. Coordinating with clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors — nothing falls through the cracks on your watch. • Client Experience — You're a key point of contact during some of the biggest moments of people's lives. They'll feel informed, supported, and genuinely cared for — because of you. • Marketing, Systems & Growth — MLS entries, CRM management, drip campaigns, follow-up systems, and review generation. You keep everything organized, consistent, and always improving. Qualifications: Does This Sound Like You? People often compliment you because you follow through — every time, without being reminded. You communicate with warmth and professionalism, and you take pride in how you show up. You love finding a better system, process, or workflow to make your job easier. You can turn a messy CRM into a relationship-building machine. You adapt when things shift, and you don't lose your footing. Your outlook is your superpower. Your positivity is infectious, and you are a pleasure to work with. When things get hard, you find the path forward. You genuinely like people, and it shows. You want to be somewhere long-term — not just filling a role, but mattering to the people around you and the clients you serve. And somewhere deep down, you've been waiting for a place that actually deserves what you bring. If you read this and felt something — that quiet "this is me" recognition — don't talk yourself out of applying, we’d love to meet you! How To Qualify • 3+ years of experience in real estate, transaction coordination, executive assistance, or a fast-paced, client-facing administrative role • A Minnesota real estate license is a plus (licensing support available, to support, not sell) • Strong understanding of real estate processes, contracts, and timelines • Experience with CRM systems, MLS, DocuSign, Outlook/Google Workspace, and project management tools Candidates who contact us directly may be removed from consideration. We appreciate your enthusiasm, but please do not call or email. Please apply directly. If you seem like a good fit for the job, you’ll hear from our recruiters about the next steps! Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 yearly
