    We're searching for a diligent office assistant to provide administrative support. You’ll be responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline our processes, scheduling appointments and company trips, ordering office equipment, and marketing our brand through community events and print and digital mediums. Compensation: • Salary Range - $45,000 - $50,000 • Referral Bonus • Paid Time Off • Holiday Pay • Growth Opportunities Responsibilities: • Manage the transaction process from contract to close, ensuring all steps are completed accurately and on time • Arrange and confirm inspections, repairs, and other essential appointments throughout the transaction • Oversee document gathering and compliance tracking within brokerage systems • Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, agents, vendors, and service providers • Monitor transaction checklists to ensure deadlines and milestones are met • Enter and update client information in company databases and systems • Prepare disclosures, repair requests, and other required paperwork as needed • Provide administrative assistance to the Transaction Coordinator and broader team • Support post-closing follow-up and keep records organized for easy reference Qualifications: • Real estate experience preferred; willingness to obtain real estate license if required • History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • Growth mindset and willingness to learn Compensation: $45,000 - $50,000
