    We are seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant to support our COO, a fast-paced visionary and systems architect within one of Arizona’s top real estate organizations. This role is for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves bringing structure to big ideas, and wants to help scale a business from $2M GCI toward our long-term goal of $8M GCI by 2028. You will work directly alongside a trailblazing leader who builds systems rapidly and executes at the speed of implementation. Your role is to organize, manage, and oversee projects, follow-ups, processes, and operational tasks that keep the business running at a high level. This is an in-office position in Tempe, AZ, with significant long-term growth potential. You will receive hands-on mentorship in business operations, systems building, leadership, and organizational growth. Responsibilities: • Manage the COO’s priorities, calendar, communication, and follow-up tasks • Translate ideas and systems into organized SOPs, checklists, and action plans • Track progress on projects across multiple departments and ensure completion • Keep operations running smoothly by managing Slack updates, reminders, and accountability • Support system rollouts, marketing initiatives, and CRM workflow updates • Prepare documents, reports, meeting notes, and execution plans • Anticipate needs and proactively remove bottlenecks for the COO and team Qualifications: • Strong organizational and project management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment • Close attention to detail and strong follow-through • Comfortable managing multiple priorities at once • Self-starter who takes initiative and solves problems quickly • Preferred: experience in operations, real estate, or executive support (not required if hungry to learn) Compensation: $52,000
