    We’re seeking a high-energy, organized, and strategic Executive Office Manager to help grow and manage our dynamic real estate team. This is a non-selling role, ideal for someone with real estate experience who thrives on supporting others, building systems, and driving growth. The attributes we value are: • High energy & enthusiasm, with a calm & focused presence • A builder who enjoys creating structure & growing something • Someone who takes ownership and thrives in a leadership-support role • Organization and attention to detail • Have an understanding of marketing and passionate about keeping up with the latest and most sophisticated techniques • Superior customer service attitude Responsibilities: • Oversee day-to-day operations of a small, high-performing real estate team • Support the team leader in recruiting, onboarding, and training additional agents & admin staff • Manage transactions, client communication, and compliance processes until another admin is hired • Build, document, and improve systems & workflows • Plan and execute marketing initiatives (social media, email campaigns, events, listing materials) • Coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and goal-tracking • Act as the primary point of contact for agents, vendors, clients, and partners • Foster a positive, professional, and productive team culture Qualifications: • Possesses discernment for working with confidential information and tight deadlines • At least 2 years of prior experience as a real estate office manager, transaction coordinator, admin, or licensed agent • Knowledge of real estate contracts, MLS, and transaction processes • Strong organizational and leadership skills - able to build systems & guide a team • Proficient in marketing tools & platforms (social media, Canva, CRM, email marketing) • Comfortable with technology (MLS, CRMs, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.) • Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team player • Prefers a stable, non-selling operations role with career growth potential Compensation: $28 - $40 hourly
