Responsibilities: Safely drive a company vehicle Maintain the cleanliness and vehicle maintenance of the company van Visit occupied and vacant properties to collect data and images using the company iPad Work with tools to install real estate yard signage Manages the inventory, cleanliness, and organization of signage and tools Accurate data entry in various platforms Various Open House preparations Being available to answer any questions from agents and admin Run errands as needed by the admin staff Working as part of the team to achieve goals Qualifications: Valid non-expired Driver's license with a good driving record Exceptional eye for the details Strong problem-solving and customer service skills Knowledge of Google Apps (Drive, Sheets, Docs) preferred Highly motivated An attitude of service Thrives in a fast-paced environment Compensation: $20 Hourly plus Benefits
