    We’re looking for a high-energy, detail-oriented Follow-Up Specialist to support our real estate acquisitions team. This role is focused on high-volume outbound follow-up calls, warming up homeowners who have already expressed interest, and live-transferring motivated sellers to our acquisitions managers. This is not a closing role and does not require real estate experience. It does require comfort on the phone, strong English communication skills, and the ability to follow a proven script with discipline. What Success Looks Like in This Role: • Consistently hitting daily call targets • Live-transferring motivated sellers to acquisitions daily • Following the scripts and processes without deviation • Keeping clean CRM notes so the team can move fast • Showing urgency, reliability, and ownership every day Responsibilities: • Make 50–80+ outbound follow-up calls per day to homeowners who have already requested information • Contact new inbound leads if acquisition managers are unavailable • Follow a provided script exactly - no over-qualifying, pricing, or analysis • Identify warm and motivated sellers and live transfer them to an acquisitions manager • Update notes and call outcomes accurately in the CRM • Maintain speed, urgency, and consistency throughout the day • Participate in daily huddles and coaching via Microsoft Teams Qualifications: • 1+ year of phone-based sales, call center, or appointment setting experience • Strong spoken English with a neutral or easily understood accent • Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls • Coachable and process-driven (must follow scripts and workflows) • Reliable internet connection and quiet home workspace • Comfortable working US Eastern Time hours • Real estate experience is helpful but not required Compensation: $8 - $11 hourly
