We are seeking a Real Estate Photographer to produce photos and videos for both our residential and commercial clients. Photography is at the heart of a successful real estate company for many reasons, but the most important reason is to help us stand out. Most of our shoots are scheduled Monday - Friday between 9 and 5 but you must be available if needed on weekends. Responsibilities: Ability to edit and manipulate photos for lighting, contrast and watermarks to ensure top quality photography Provide assistance in website and social media marketing to ensure properties and agency are presented in a professional and enticing manner Offer advice and assist real estate agents in the staging of a property to ensure best visual results Produce and edit virtual tour videos of many properties to post on various social media and websites Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients Qualifications: Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes Experience in real estate photography preferred but not required Good computer skills and experience with using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop are a must Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment Compensation: $15 - $35 hourly
