You’ll be responsible for converting pre-qualified leads into new clients and following up with existing customers to ensure they buy their next home with us. Responsibilities: • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information Qualifications: • Must possess a real estate license • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car • At least one year of real estate sales experience • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • At least one year of real estate sales experience • Customer service skills • Real estate knowledge • Strong organizational skills • Time management skills • Team player Compensation: $3 - $4 hourly
