We are looking for Graphic Designer who is a creative professional responsible for creating visually appealing designs for various mediums such as print, digital, and social media. You will work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure designs align with a company's brand and messaging. You will also be responsible for developing and creating designs, logos, typography, color schemes, and image selection. You must have a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. You must have strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You must be able to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards and must be able to manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities: • Developing and creating visually appealing designs for various mediums such as print, digital, and social media • Collaborating with the Social Media and marketing teams to ensure designs align with the company's brand and messaging • Designing logos, typography, color schemes, and image selection • Presenting design concepts and revising designs as per feedback • Keeping updated with the latest design trends and technologies • Meeting tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards • Ensuring that designs are optimized for different platforms and devices • Managing multiple projects at once and prioritizing tasks effectively • Taking ownership of projects and ensuring they are delivered on time and to the client's satisfaction • Creating and maintaining design style guides and design systems Qualifications: • Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience • Proficient in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory • Strong attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure • Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Understanding of web design, HTML/CSS, and responsive design is a plus • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus • Understanding of print production process and experience with pre-press is a plus Compensation: $600
