Responsibilities: • Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show • Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions • Provide buyer clients access to homes under contract as needed for measuring, inspecting, etc. so process is done in a timely manner • Coordinate with clients, listing agents and home sellers to schedule showings on a timely basis • Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth Qualifications: • Can spend a large amount of time driving • Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision • Present yourself in a professional manner • Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease Compensation: $120,000 plus commission
