In real estate, compensation is directly tied to performance. The more transactions you facilitate, the more compensation you will earn. It's not uncommon for a Real Estate Salesperson to earn over $100,000, but it can take a couple of years to get to that level. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn. Compensation for Real Estate Agents is commission-based. You will find that the more effort you put into making sales, the more income you will generate for yourself. Responsibilities: • Act as an intermediary between the seller and your buyer • Utilize the resources to build leads • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs • Create purchase agreements and closing statements • Participate in open houses, networking activities, and MLS to enhance your sales • Present purchase offers to sellers • Network and market your real estate professional services to help grow your client base • Guide 30 to 50 buyer clients through the home purchase process each year • Always be "consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service • Establish a prosperous and long-term real estate career by supporting and learning from other team-oriented agents Qualifications: • MUST have a current CA Real Estate License • Customer service or real estate sales background preferred • Have a positive and customer-focused attitude and be a team player • Knowledge of and understanding of current real estate trends • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity • Be available to hold virtual showings and hold virtual open houses • Come up with creative solutions for making you and your real estate portfolio stand out in the current market Compensation: $70,000+
