Your primary focus will be converting leads into appointments through outbound prospecting and responsive follow-up with inbound inquiries. This role requires strong communication skills, comfort on the phone, and a talent for building rapport quickly. You’ll manage lead pipelines, follow proven scripts, and maintain detailed records in the CRM. Success in this position comes from consistency, accountability, and the ability to hit sales targets in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Location: Denver Metro (Hybrid – 50% Remote, 50% In-Office) Reports to: Senior Commercial Broker Compensation Structure: Base Salary + Bonuses per Closed Deal | Total $65,000–$75,000+ PTO + 10 Paid Federal Holidays Responsibilities: • Prospect and follow up on inbound and outbound leads via calls, email, text, and social media • Set appointments for the senior broker and other team members • Learn and execute proven scripts to communicate the team’s value proposition • Manage and nurture your lead database like a revenue-producing machine • Track performance KPIs and show up to weekly accountability meetings • Stay sharp on local market trends and investor pain points Qualifications: • Have outstanding phone and communication skills • Love chasing goals, tracking metrics, and crushing quotas • Thrive on scripts, systems, and a strong sales process • Want to grow into leadership (Director of Lead Generation potential) • Have 2+ years of sales or real estate experience (bonus for licensed agents) • Are based in the Denver Metro area Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 yearly
