Responsibilities: • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Turn previous clients into repeat real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email • Evaluate the team’s progress toward company goals by producing monthly and quarterly sales reports • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients Qualifications: • Possesses superb interpersonal and communication skills • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • At least one year of real estate sales experience • Applicants must have a high school diploma, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Applicants must have a real estate license • Applicants must have a Texas Real Estate License Compensation: $75,000 at plan earnings
