Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (Growth) — Beechwood Realty | Moreno Valley, CA This is a full-time sales role for a licensed California real estate agent who is ready to build a serious, sustainable business in the Inland Empire market. You will work directly with buyers and sellers across a 25-mile service area, generating leads, managing relationships, negotiating contracts, and closing transactions from start to finish. This is not a passive opportunity. The agents who succeed here are the ones who treat real estate like the business it is by prospecting daily, following up consistently, and executing a plan without being told twice. In return, Beechwood Realty provides the leads, tools, training, and support to make hitting 8 to 15 closed transactions per year a realistic and achievable goal. You will have access to Zillow Flex leads from day one, a CRM with IDX, one-on-one coaching, and an ownership team that is physically present and genuinely invested in your growth. Whether you are closing your first deal or your five hundredth, you will have the backing of a brokerage that has been operating in this market for over 20 years. Responsibilities: This Is a Production Role. Here Is What That Looks Like Day to Day. At Beechwood Realty, we are not looking for someone to fill a seat — we are looking for an agent who is ready to work a real pipeline, serve clients at a high level, and build a book of business that compounds over time. Here is exactly what that looks like from the inside. Your daily responsibilities: • Prospect for new buyer and seller leads through your sphere, referrals, and assigned Zillow Flex leads • Respond to incoming leads fast and follow up consistently using Follow Up Boss and your CRM • Schedule and conduct buyer consultations, listing appointments, and property showings across the Inland Empire • Present competitive market analyses that guide clients to confident, informed decisions • Negotiate offers and counteroffers with professionalism and your client's best interest at the center • Manage every transaction from accepted offer through close of escrow — deadlines, compliance, communication • Keep accurate records of every lead, client interaction, and transaction in the CRM • Attend training sessions and coaching meetings and actually implement what you learn • Grow your personal network through community engagement, referrals, and consistent relationship building The benchmark we hold ourselves to: 8 to 15 closed transactions per year, per agent — and we give you everything you need to hit it. The support behind every responsibility: Full contract-to-close guidance, one-on-one coaching, Zillow leads, and an ownership team in the office every single day. Qualifications: Who We Are Looking For We welcome all experience levels — what matters most is your work ethic and mindset, not your resume. You are a great fit if you are: • Licensed and serious about building a real business • Coachable and willing to follow a proven system • Disciplined enough to execute a daily plan consistently • Familiar with the Inland Empire market or eager to work it • Comfortable with CRM and basic real estate technology • Committed to closing 8–15 transactions per year Compensation: $105,000 commission based
