The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Join the Eclipse Family! • Start with 5 paid personal days off yearly • Offering your base salary + commissions per closed appointment + monthly MVP award • Yearly Bonuses Responsibilities: • Seek out new business opportunities within the assigned geographies to expand clientele • Communicate with prospects via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication to convert them into qualified leads and funnel them to the sales pipeline • Qualify incoming leads so appointments are arranged as fast as possible to provide an excellent customer service experience • Track performance goals and key sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure company goals are achieved Qualifications: • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred Compensation: $12,480 - $20,800 yearly + commissions
