Role Summary This is a remote, commission-based opportunity for an experienced agent who prefers managing and negotiating transactions over lead generation. You’ll handle listings for our investment properties — coordinating everything from photos and MLS setup to showings and offers. Most activity happens on evenings and weekends, so flexibility and responsiveness are key. Expect to manage roughly 5–15 active listings per month. Compensation This position is paid per closed deal — 1% of the list price. There’s no base pay or hourly structure, but plenty of opportunity for consistent monthly closings based on performance and responsiveness. What You’ll Love About Working With Us • Remote, flexible, and self-directed • No cold calling or prospecting — we provide all listings • Fast-moving team that values communication and reliability • Clear processes that make managing multiple listings easy Responsibilities: Your Day-to-Day • Arrange professional photos, lockboxes, and access details for each property • Prepare and oversee signing and notarization of documents (POA, disclosures, etc.) • Upload accurate information into flat-fee MLS portals and verify listing details • Serve as point of contact for buyer agents, title companies, and potential buyers • Track showings, feedback, and offer activity across multiple states • Work with our internal acquisitions team to review, negotiate, and finalize offers Qualifications: Requirements • Active real estate license (any U.S. state) • At least 3 years of residential real estate experience • Strong communication and multitasking abilities • Comfortable working independently with flexible hours • Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and quick to respond Compensation: $25,000 - $150,000 yearly
