    We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities: • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Assist customers through the buying or selling process from contract to close • Prospect daily for new business • Follow up on leads and with customers daily • Participate in our team training, meetings, and activities (we are an environment of contribution) Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position • Real estate license or pursuing required • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must have a laptop and basic computer knowledge • Must have a valid license and vehicle for appointments • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Coachable and self-motivated Compensation: $100,000+ at plan earnings
