Responsibilities: • Record quarterly and monthly sales cycle performance metrics to ensure the real estate team's sales goals and conversion rates are met • Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us • Convert pre-qualified real estate leads into new clients • Reach out to leads continuously until they have an appointment set with either a listing agent or buyer’s agent • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information Qualifications: • Must have great communication and interpersonal skills • One year of sales experience as a real estate inside sales agent, sales associate, or related position in business development or the real estate industry • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Valid U.S. driver’s license required, able to travel by car • Real estate license required Compensation: $44,000 - $55,000 yearly
