Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients through phone calls, emails, and social media to generate and nurture leads. • Qualify leads by gathering essential information and understanding their real estate needs and preferences. • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with our goals. • Maintain an organized database of leads and track interactions to ensure timely follow-ups and relationship building. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. • Schedule and coordinate appointments for property viewings, ensuring a seamless experience for clients. • Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that attract new clients and retain existing ones. Qualifications: • Real Estate license or in the process of getting one. • Experience in real estate sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of the industry. • Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients through phone, email, and social media. • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment. • Strong organizational skills to manage and maintain an accurate database of leads and client interactions. • Ability to work collaboratively with team members to develop and implement successful sales strategies. • Experience in providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues promptly. • Ability to schedule and coordinate appointments efficiently, ensuring a seamless client experience. Compensation: $125,000 - $220,000 yearly
