Responsibilities: • Maintain relationships with homebuyers through phone calls, email, etc. to make sure they remember our business when they are ready to buy a home again • Pursue leads consistently until appointments are arranged with a buyer’s or listing agent • Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals • Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information • Meet with pre-qualified leads and convert them to new customers • Lead follow up • Database campaigns • Lead generation • Real estate sales Qualifications: • Applicants must have a real estate license • Track record of excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills • Current U.S. driver’s license and capable of traveling by car • High school diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Real Estate license required Compensation: $80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions
