Responsibilities: • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Hunt, manage, and qualify inbound sales inquiries to convert leads to appointments so agents can respond to customers quickly and efficiently • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data • Follow the team plan • Set listing and buyer appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Team player • CRM and database mastery • Scripts and sales talk mastery Qualifications: • Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Real estate license required • Sales experience Compensation: $125,000 at plan
