Responsibilities: • Engage with potential clients through phone calls and emails to establish initial contact and build rapport. • Qualify inbound leads by asking insightful questions to understand their needs and readiness to buy or sell. • Maintain a detailed and organized database of client interactions to ensure seamless follow-up and relationship management. • Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments and ensure a smooth transition from lead to client. • Provide timely and accurate information to clients about the real estate market, listings, and buying/selling processes. • Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and keep them engaged throughout their journey. • Utilize our CRM system to track progress and identify opportunities for improvement in lead conversion strategies. Qualifications: • Real Estate License or active pursuit of one. • Motivated by personal growth and performance metrics. • Ability to stay accountable to goals and tasks. • Strong time management and follow-up discipline. • Commission-based role with growth potential. Compensation: $150,300 - $296,400 yearly
