Responsibilities: • Utilize the CRM system efficiently to maintain accurate and updated customer information for reference by agents. • Employ persistent follow-up strategies to successfully secure appointments with buyer's or listing agents. • Handle sales inquiries from qualified leads effectively to convert them into new clients. • Engage in continuous follow-up via phone calls and emails to foster repeat business from previous clients. • Track and document quarterly and monthly sales performance metrics to achieve the team's sales goals and conversion rates. • Maintain consistent follow-up with leads to nurture relationships and drive sales. • Adhere to team strategies and plans to optimize sales performance. • Efficiently generate leads to establish a strong client base. • Promptly and effectively schedule client appointments. • Successfully close appointments and sales to boost revenue. • Aim to progress to a lead buyer or listing agent role within the team. • Master the use of the database and CRM systems to streamline processes and increase productivity. Qualifications: • A valid U.S. driver’s license. • Real Estate License of the motivation to get one. • Exceptional communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential for this role. • Proficiency in establishing and nurturing client relationships is a key qualification for the position.
