Compensation and Benefits: ($150,000 for meeting the standard) • Base Salary: $36,000/year base salary • Bonuses: 5% of closed sales on appointments you set. • On-Target Earnings: ISAs who meet the standard will earn $150,000/year, ISAs who meet the goal make $265,000/year, and there is no earning cap, so exceeding the goal results in compensation above $265,000/year. • PTO: 10 paid days off/year, many Federal holidays paid off. • Health, Vision, and Dental Insurance: Available after 60 days of employment • Licensing Reimbursement: Oregon Broker License cost reimbursed upon activation • Paid Trainings: After 90 days, 2 paid training days and 2 paid travel days off-site Career Growth: Top ISAs are considered for Sales Manager or Director of Sales roles as the department expands. Responsibilities: What You'll Do • Make outbound calls daily to homeowners and prospective clients using our proven scripts and lead lists: FSBOs, expired listings, and circle prospecting. • Set a minimum of one qualified appointment per day for our agents. • Nurture leads through strategic follow-up campaigns. • Build rapport quickly and follow up diligently to keep leads engaged using consultative conversations. • Manage the team’s CRM with accurate notes and follow-up tasks. • Collaborate with agents to refine scripts and track results. • Continuously improve your calling techniques with coaching and feedback. • Maintain TCPA compliance and data privacy standards. • Participate in daily dialogue practice and team coaching. • Test and optimize dialogues, workflows, and objection responses. • Collaborate with leadership to build scalable ISA playbooks. What You Bring • Proven phone sales or telemarketing experience (real estate experience a plus, but not required). We’ll help you get your Oregon Real Estate License before starting. • A competitive, results-driven mindset and the discipline to follow scripts and processes. • Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, with a confident phone presence. • Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated throughout the day. • Familiarity with using CRM software and basic computer proficiency. • Coachable mindset that thrives on feedback. • Available in the office for work in Portland, OR. (8 AM–5 PM, Monday–Friday). Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Real estate license or pursuing required • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Has superb interpersonal and communication skills • +1 year of real estate sales experience Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000 yearly
