    We are in need of a real estate inside sales agent to join our growing team. You’ll be responsible for prospecting new leads, making cold calls, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate. Responsibilities: • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Give monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to show progress toward company goals • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process • Develop new business opportunities within specific geographies to expand clientele • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Generating leads through prospecting, networking, and cold calling • Showing properties to prospective buyers • Negotiating offers on behalf of clients • Managing listings from start to finish • Educating clients on the buying/selling process • Keeping up to date with the local market and trends • Staying current with real estate licensing and regulations Qualifications: • Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred • Over 1 year of experience generating real estate leads • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Proven track record of success • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills Compensation: $120,000 - $250,000 yearly
