Real Estate Inside Sales Agent
The Lindsey Bartley Team at Taylor Reid Realty is looking for a driven Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to help convert our large lead database into appointments for our top-producing real estate team. This role is perfect for someone who loves sales but prefers working from an office on the phone rather than showing homes in the field. Our team generates a high volume of leads, and we need someone who enjoys working with a database, building relationships over the phone, and following up consistently until prospects are ready to move forward. Compensation is tied to: • Appointments set Responsibilities: • Calling, texting, and following up with leads from our CRM database • Qualifying potential buyers and sellers through structured conversations • Setting appointments for our real estate agents • Maintaining detailed notes and tracking all conversations in our CRM • Consistently following up with leads until they are ready to meet with an agent • Managing and organizing a large database with attention to detail • Hitting daily and weekly call and appointment goals Qualifications: Strong candidates typically have: • Experience in call centers, inside sales, or high-volume phone sales • Comfort working inside a CRM or database management system • Exceptional organization and attention to detail • A systems-based mindset and the ability to follow processes consistently • Strong communication and relationship-building skills • Competitive drive and motivation to hit performance goals • A desire to grow within a high-performing real estate team Compensation: $48,000 - $80,000 yearly
