Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Be the first point of contact for incoming leads — turning curious inquiries into excited, qualified buyers and sellers. • Connect, build rapport, and follow up with prospective clients via phone, text, email, and social media. • Set appointments for our top-producing agents and track every lead in our proven CRM systems. • Stay on top of your game through world-class coaching, daily motivation, and ongoing training. • Be part of a fun, ambitious, supportive team that celebrates wins, works hard, and loves what we do. Qualifications: Who You Are • A confident communicator with a passion for helping people and closing deals. • Driven, coachable, and persistent — you don’t give up easily. • A team player who thrives in a results-driven environment. • Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and phone-based sales. • Real estate experience or license is a plus (but not required — we’ll train the right person!). Compensation: $75,000+ yearly
